Before using OrganiCup for the first time, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
First, be sure to wash your hands with soap. Fold the cup. There are different methods of folding – you can try equal and choose the one that suits you best. Put the folded cup in and let it go develop inside the vagina. After application, the cup will unfold with a characteristic sucking sound or the sound ‘pop’ which means that it was properly placed. When in doubt, feel the bottom cup – when inserted, it should be round or oval. If you feel dents or dents on cup, it means that it has not decomposed. Gently hold the cup base (not the pin) and try to rotate it to ensure that a suction seal is formed. When he is there, try a little pull on the spindle if you feel resistance, suction has been established and the cup has been placed successfully!
Remember to wash your hands again. Find a position where you can relax. Pull gently on the stem / pin and use your abdominal muscles to push the cup down until you reach the bottom of the cup. Gently pinch the bottom to release suction and release OrganiCup by sliding it sideways. OrganiCup menstrual cups are appreciated by women:
We have a choice of two basic sizes (A and B) and one created especially for teenagers – Mini. OrganiCup is softer than the other cup I used and has relatively thin walls (perhaps we have the savings mentioned here. There is less material). For me it is important because I have the impression that it makes OrganiCup close better. Initially, I had a problem with inserting, but it was only due to my habit of using a different cup, harder and thicker. I had the impression that OrganiCup could not develop. It stayed wrapped in a C shape. Quite intuitively, I twisted it gently and finally heard it suck in and felt with my finger that it had unfolded nicely. Therefore, I do not think it is a good beginner cup. It’s worth having a bit of a feeling with it and then it serves perfectly. Thanks to its softness, it is also imperceptible when sitting, and it is really different with cups. – Jakbyluxusowo
